SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are sent using either Australia Post standard or express services – they do not require a ‘Signature on Delivery’. All orders are packed and dispatched within 3-7 working days. We will email you a shipping confirmation within 1 business day after your order is sent.

Once parcels are listed ‘delivered’ through Australia Post tracking, we will no longer be held responsible for any parcels claimed lost. If you wish to ship with any other service, including adding a signature on delivery or insurance, please email us at info@namastudio.com.au prior to ordering.

Shipping rates and timeframes – Australia

For all Australian orders we charge a flat rate of $10 per parcel for standard shipping and $15 per parcel for express shipping. 

Estimated delivery timeframes for Australia are 2-7 business days from dispatch for standard shipping and next business day from dispatch for express shipping.

Shipping rates and timeframes – New Zealand

For all orders to NZ, we charge a flat rate of $15 for standard shipping and $30 for express shipping.

Estimated delivery timeframes for NZ are 7-12 business days from dispatch for standard shipping and 5-8 business days from dispatch for express shipping.

Shipping rates and timeframes – Rest of the world

For all other international orders, we charge a flat rate of $25 for standard shipping.

The estimated delivery timeframe for international orders is 10-20 business days from dispatch.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Nama Studio products are custom made, specifically to order and cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless faulty or incorrect. 

  

Faulty items

Every product we send out is initially quality controlled before dispatch. However, if you have received an incorrect or damaged product, we will happily replace or refund the item as long as it has been returned within 30 days of purchase.
